Meter Reading

The City of Lafayette utilizes a radio read method for meter readings. Our utility workers drive through neighborhoods and the handheld device picks up the readings of the meters in each property. 

Meters are read on the 25th of each month. If it falls on a Saturday is is read on Friday. If it falls on a Sunday, meters are read on Monday. There may be times that this schedule may vary.
